While teaming up with an old boss to help him with his Google Ads agency startup, I took my 15 years of progressive experience in customer relations and my intense desire to learn and applied that to the agency. I also built and generated effective company processes and became a Google Ads expert. During this time, I realized I was able to marry what I was great at—customer relations—with an industry that provides maximum value to business owners and agencies.
The good news? I helped this agency experience enormous success. The bad news? I began to see a shift away from the boutique agency feel that I had come to love and enjoy. I wanted more time collaborating with my clients, understanding their goals, and talking about the uncomfortable—what’s not working.
After winning a trip to Hawaii, I had a revelation during that vacation while staring at still waters and taking in the ocean breeze. As I watched a paddle boarder go by, I knew it was time for a big change.
And that’s how Spark Solutions began.
In the past few years, while growing this digital agency, I also accomplished a major goal—losing almost 200 pounds! Though it wasn’t easy (and the journey continues), I used the same skills I harnessed while growing that Google Ads startup agency to make my weight loss goal a reality.

A lot of companies have a flat management fee plus a certain percentage of ad spend. That’s not how we do our pricing. Ours is a flat rate. It’s important that we’re able to make honest budget recommendations without it being tied to how much revenue we receive. This builds a huge amount of trust with our new clients when they see how transparent we are.
I love getting feedback from my clients that we’re a breath of fresh air. Many tell me they are so relieved they can now step away from their marketing and place their full trust in us to take it over. This allows them to focus their time and energy on running their business.
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy traveling with my husband, Scott, doing motivational speaking, and studying personal growth and development. I also inherited a passion for studying law and justice from my dad, a former lead investigator of the Criminal Investigation Division of the U.S. Army. I research family and criminal law as a hobby. This also colors who I am and the personal and business ethics I follow.
